Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lift, move equipment, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work under pressure and irregular schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop therapy plans.

• Document evaluations and outcomes; monitor progress.

Job description

Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities: Develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management. Maintain a safe environment, adhere to regulatory standards, and participate in professional development and discharge planning.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid physical therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills. Physical abilities include lifting, moving equipment, and standing for periods. Must demonstrate interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and the capacity to work under pressure and irregular schedules. Visual acuity and effective communication are essential.

Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, create and adjust therapy plans, operate equipment safely, document evaluations and outcomes, and work with a multidisciplinary team. Provide patient education and ensure safety and quality in all interventions.
