Job summary

Health, Inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across diverse settings. You will develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, implementing rehab programs, monitoring progress, educating patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote optimal outcomes and patient independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Contribute to discharge planning for seamless patient transitions.
