Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. seeks a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility impairments, aiming to improve function and reduce pain. You will travel to multiple sites within Montana and coordinate care with local teams.

The role requires an active PT license in the United States and current BLS certification. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

• Responsibilities: Develop personalized rehabilitation plans, implement therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, assess patient progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, engage in professional development, and assist with discharge planning.
