• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PC and documentation.
• Physical ability to move, lift, and operate equipment.
• Mental resilience to work under pressure and handle diverse interactions.
• Effective sensory and motor functioning.
