Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through examinations and history to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain a safe environment, adhere to safety protocols, and engage in professional development.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

• Proficiency in PC skills, ability to read/understand instructions.
• Physical ability to lift (50-100 lbs), move equipment, and perform manual tasks.
