Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pontiac, IL. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and an ASAP start. You will evaluate patients, create rehab plans, and work with a clinical team to restore function and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history, and exams to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
