Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Phlebotomist on a contract basis with the potential for permanent placement. Work will float to Bloomington IN and surrounding areas, with a typical 8am–5pm schedule, M-F. The role covers blood draws, labeling, transport, and maintaining patient data across multiple clinics.

Expect a minimum of 2 years of experience and pediatric exposure. Mileage reimbursement is provided and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification required in the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and related specimen collection.
• Label, centrifuge, and transport specimens per test orders.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and ensure proper documentation.
