American Traveler is seeking a Travel PCU RN for a Roanoke, Virginia assignment. This 26-week travel role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, with a start date of 01/05/2026.

The ideal candidate holds an active VA or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS, and recent Epic EMR experience. Benefits include health/dental/vision from day one, 401(k), weekly payroll, housing stipends, travel and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active VA or compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Recent Epic EMR experience required.
• At least two professional references required.
• Travel nursing: 36 hours/week and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Patient ratio typically 1:5, goal 1:4.
• Floating within similar acuity units as needed.
• Orientation and training tailored to unit placement.
• Utilizes Epic EMR with prior Epic experience required.
