Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA or a compact state.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Two professional references required for consideration.
• Experience in a PCU setting is preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a hospital PCU.
• Maintain patient ratios around 1:5 with goal 1:4.
• Handle 3x12 hour night shifts; some 4x12 hour schedules may be available.
• Floating to other comparable units as needed.
• Use EPIC EMR for charting and documentation.
• Assignment lengths flexible (13–26 weeks) and start dates vary.
