Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Greeley, CO. You will monitor telemetry, administer cardiac-focused care, and collaborate with the care team to support patient transitions from ICU to stepdown units.

This travel role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team. Start date is 10/05/2026 and you’ll work 36 hours per week on a night shift.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures.
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients.
• Observes patient status and notifies supervisor or physician of changes.
