Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Greeley, CO. The RN will cover progressive care unit patients on a 12-hour night shift while enjoying travel benefits.

This role requires one year of Stepdown RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. The package includes competitive pay, benefits from day one, and extensive support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN (RN)
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, telemetry data, and vital signs.
• Administers prescribed cardiac medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Prepares equipment and assists physician during cardiac procedures.
• Maintains comfort and safety of telemetry patients.
• Documents nursing history and physical assessments for telemetry patients.
• Responds to life-threatening cardiac emergencies per protocols.
• Educates patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive telemetry care.
