Job summary
TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Massachusetts.
The PCU RN will care for patients requiring close monitoring, perform routine nursing duties, and work 12-hour day shifts on a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week. ACLS/BLS and 1–2 years acute care exp. are required, with travel benefits and a tax-free stipend arranged.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- PCU/Progressive Care unit experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
- Monitor vital signs and interpret monitoring equipment.
- Administer prescribed medications and document responses.
- Assist with IVs, dressings, and patient mobilization.
