Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced RN for the PCU at our Nashville, TN facility. This 13-week onsite contract features night shifts (12 hours) with 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM hours and a 13-week duration starting 10/12/2026. The unit includes a Burn ICU with 12 beds and ICU-type patient ratios.

Qualifications include BLS, ACLS and NIH certifications, plus hospital experience in med/surg or PCU settings. Compensation includes weekly stipends and base pay, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN with PCU experience and critical care skills.
• Current RN license and hospital setting exposure.
• Certification in BLS/ACLS/NIH is required.

Number of Beds : 12

Patient Ratios: ICU patients 2:1. Med/surg and pcu patients 4:1

Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge RN, RNs, PCT

Type of equipment : Ventilators, specialty beds, occasionally CRRT

Documentation system: Meditech

Scheduling requirements: minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks).

Floating policy: Contract labor floats first

Patient Experience requirements: med/surg experience
