Blue Magnolias seeks a motivated Customer Support Coordinator to nurture partnerships with hotels, resorts, tour operators, and tourism boards. You will bridge client travel experiences with the destinations we promote, ensuring premium service and seamless collaboration.

In this hybrid role, you will build strong relationships, negotiate opportunities, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing and sales to design destination-specific campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism sales and partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of global destinations, hospitality standards, and tourism trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, attractions, and tourism boards.
• Negotiate agreements and partnership opportunities to enhance product offerings.
• Monitor destination trends, new experiences, and market developments.
