Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. We are looking for OR RNs with 1–2 years of acute care experience as circulating or scrub nurse, potentially RN first assistant.

The travel assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, days shift. As an OR Travel Nurse you will assist physicians and staff with surgical care, pre- and post-surgery education, and may cover circulating, scrub, or first-assistant duties depending on

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1–2 years recent acute care experience as circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and administer prescribed medications.
• Communicate with patients' families and operating team; ensure correct procedures are performed for each patient.
• Support RN First Assistant, Circulating, and Scrub roles as assigned during procedures.
