MVM, Inc. is seeking a Travel Analyst Supervisor to oversee the Command Center, ensure accurate scheduling and reporting, and manage a team across multiple schedules. The role requires coordinating with clients and internal teams to maintain contract compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substitution options allowed as stated in the ad.
• 2+ years of related experience in law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar fields when using an associate’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supervising employees in a 911 dispatch/command center/call center environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Travel Analysts across schedules within the Command Center.
• Ensure workflows, policies, procedures and fiscal accountability are followed.
• Verify and confirm all scheduled trips and reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate updates to management, client, and stakeholders; coordinate with multiple departments.
• Assign staff to trips and monitor utilization and overtime.
• Prepare and submit required reports; maintain data in the company system.
