You will deliver hands-on onboarding training, serve as the primary contact for onboarding engagements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account processing and smooth transfer of client data.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding.
• Willingness to travel 65% of the time across the US.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Polished, professional presence with excellent in-person client communication.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to advisor offices (approximately 65% of the time) to deliver hands-on onboarding training and support
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding engagements, answering operational and account setup questions
• Lead training sessions for advisors and their staff on onboarding workflows and documentation requirements
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real time and escape complex matters when needed
• Process new accounts, incoming transfers, direct rollovers, and account feature setups
• Review and validate paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account processing
• Maintain accurate client records and respond to advisor inquiries on account and transfer status
