MOHR Talent is seeking an Onboarding Operations Specialist to support advisor firms as they transition onto our platform. This contract role requires travel and hands-on onboarding, with a target start date and potential for full-time conversion for top performers.

In this fast-moving role, you will travel approximately 65% to advisor offices, lead training sessions, answer onboarding questions, process accounts and transfers, and ensure accurate documentation and smooth account setups.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding.
• Ability to travel 65% of the time across the US.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and in-person communication.
• HS diploma required; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to advisor offices (about 65%) to deliver onboarding training and support.
• Serve as primary contact during onboarding engagements and answer questions.
• Lead training sessions for advisors on onboarding workflows and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and escalate complex matters.
• Process new accounts, transfers, rollovers, and account feature setups.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness; ensure smooth processing.

This is a fast moving, high-visibility contract opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, with a targeted start date of October 5th and strong potential to convert to a full-time role for top performers.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to advisor offices (approximately 65% of the time) to deliver hands-on onboarding training and support
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding engagements, answering operational and account setup questions
• Lead training sessions for advisors and their staff on onboarding workflows and documentation requirements
