Expedia Group in Austin is seeking an Onboarding & Maintenance Specialist to lead partner onboarding, configure and maintain lodging listings, and drive data-driven improvements. You will work with hotels, vacation rentals, and connectivity providers to ensure accurate property data and optimal merchandising.

You will leverage Excel extensively to analyze large datasets, track KPIs, and report on onboarding timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner operations, onboarding, client services, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large datasets and advanced functions.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding of lodging partners and conversion to new connectivity solutions.
• Configure products and services for partners, including room types and rate plans.
• Support ongoing property maintenance to keep listings accurate and competitive.
• Track and report onboarding timelines, productivity, and service levels.
• Communicate updates to partners and stakeholders; troubleshoot data issues.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and partner satisfaction.
• Support strategic initiatives to maximize Expedia Group tools and capabilities.
