Expedia Group in Austin is seeking an Onboarding & Maintenance Specialist to serve as a trusted operational partner throughout the onboarding journey, collecting and validating property information, configuring products and settings, and supporting partner enablement.

You will use advanced Excel tools to analyze large datasets, manage onboarding timelines, and report key metrics, collaborating with hotels, vacation rental managers, and connectivity providers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in partner operations, onboarding, client services, or a similar partner-facing role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including large datasets and advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and macros.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and ensure accuracy across large information volumes.
• Experience collaborating with external business partners and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage partners and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding of new API-connected lodging partners and support conversion of existing partners to new connectivity solutions.
• Collect, validate, and maintain accurate property information, configuring products, room types, rate plans, and amenities.
• Support ongoing property maintenance to keep listings accurate and competitive.
• Launch and maintain merchandising campaigns in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics such as onboarding timelines and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot partner issues and resolve data discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
