American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience in an imaging center setting. The role requires BLS, ARMRIT certification, EPIC charting, and GE equipment experience.

Responsibilities include imaging across multiple body regions in a hospital-system imaging center, with 3x12 shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) and weekends. Travel, holidays, and strict PPE protocols apply.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an MRI Technologist.
• BLS and ARMRIT certification required; ARRT-R preferred.
• License required if applicable.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• GE equipment experience required.
• Experience with isolation precautions and PPE protocols.

Aufgaben

• Work at an imaging center within a hospital system.
• Adult acute care and outpatient patient populations.
• Imaging areas include abdomen, pelvis, chest, breast, head and neck, brain, face/soft tissue neck, and spine (cervical, lumbar, thoracic).
• Special imaging procedures include diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, perfusion, multiplanar reconstruction, and image post-processing (ADC mapping, subtraction).
• Uses GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba equipment and PACS system.
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Weekend shifts required every weekend (Sat/Sun 7a-7p, Mon 9a-9p).
• No call requirements.
• No floating required.
• Perform MRI imaging across abdomen, pelvis, chest, breast, head/neck, brain, and spine regions.
• May care for COVID-19 patients.
• Facility is tobacco and fragrance free.
• Travelers expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s); if contract spans only 2 holidays, 1 of 2 is required.
• RTO limited to a maximum of 7 days.
• Candidates will undergo a clinical pre-screen before manager interview.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
