American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an MRI Technologist with Level III trauma experience for a Magnet-designated teaching hospital in Greenwich, CT. Candidates must hold ARRT-MR certification and have GE MRI experience, with Epic charting proficiency.

You will join a hospital setting focused on breast imaging and radiology support, working day shifts and possibly on-call. Per diem not counted; travel-friendly assignment with housing and licensure reimbursements may be offered.

Qualifications

• ARRT-MR certification required; ARMRIT certification alone not accepted.
• Minimum 3 years of recent hospital experience (per diem experience not counted).
• Minimum 2 years of GE equipment experience.
• Level III trauma center experience required.
• Epic charting experience required.
• License required if applicable; 1 professional reference required.

Responsibilities

• 186-bed Magnet-designated teaching hospital setting.
• MRI Tech unit supporting Radiology/Cardiology.
• Assist with breast patient positioning.
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:15 PM.
• Potential for on-call responsibilities.
• Uses GE MRI equipment; charting in Epic.
• Assist with positioning for breast imaging patients.
• Navy scrubs required; free parking available in unrestricted spaces.
• Maximum 7 days RTO permitted; returning staff must have been separated for 2 years to be eligible as a traveler.

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with Level III trauma experience and GE equipment proficiency for a role in a Magnet-designated teaching hospital.

Requirements

• ARRT-MR certification required (ARMRIT certification alone will not be accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of recent hospital experience (per diem experience not counted)
• Minimum 2 years of GE equipment experience
• Level III trauma center experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• License required if applicable
• 1 professional reference required
• Skilled in abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal MRI imaging
• Experience with contrast media preparation/administration and peripheral IV starts
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE protocols

Responsibilities

• 186-bed Magnet-designated teaching hospital setting
• MRI Tech unit supporting Radiology/Cardiology
• Will assist with breast patient positioning
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:15 PM
• Potential for on-call responsibilities
