Job summary

360care is seeking a dedicated medical support professional to assist physicians in long-term care facilities. You will maintain electronic medical records, prepare charts before visits, and help manage patient flow during facility visits.

The role requires travel up to 100% and a strong ability to communicate with patients, families, and staff while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Two-step TB skin test completed.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Prepare and complete chart prep prior to visits.
• Verify and maintain clinical records via EMR during patient visits.
• Post charges accurately and timely to the provider.
• Travel up to 100% to assigned medical facilities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA/PHI guidelines.
• Maintain and stock medical supplies and equipment.
