360care seeks a mobile clinical support professional to assist physicians at long term care facilities. The role focuses on maintaining EMR records, preparing patient charts, and ensuring smooth patient flow during visits.

You will be responsible for equipment upkeep, supplies management, and accurate documentation. The position requires travel up to 100% of the time across assigned facilities and adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and PHI guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Two-step TB skin test completed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist physicians in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Prepare and review patient charts before visits; maintain EMR records.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation; post charges as needed.
• Coordinate patient flow and schedule with branch office; support reporting.
• Balance and generate daily production reports; communicate with management.
• Responsible for cleaning/maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
