Zusammenfassung

360care is seeking a dedicated allied health support to assist physicians across long term care facilities. You will maintain EMR records, prepare charts, verify records, assist with equipment maintenance, manage supplies, and help with patient flow during visits.

Travel to facilities will be up to 100% of the time. You will ensure timely chart completion with accuracy, and maintain HIPAA compliance while communicating effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or GED required.
• Must have own reliable transportation and car insurance.
• Two-step TB skin test completed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Good computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Completes chart prep on scheduled patients prior to every visit.
• Verifies and maintains current and accurate clinical records, charts and medical history through EMR during patient visits.
• Maintains current and accurate clinical records and charts through EMR.
• Completes end of visit reports on the day of visit and shares with management.
• Provides daily feedback and coordinates with branch office to optimize schedule and reporting.
• Coordinate patient flow during facility visits (may remove socks/shoes, may push wheelchair).
• Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager.
• Accurately posts charges to the appropriate provider in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for all care and cleaning of medical equipment at the end of every visit.
• Maintain supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all medical equipment is working properly by performing preventive maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and PHI.
• Travel up to 100% to assigned facilities.
• Support compliance and training as required.
