Job summary

360care is seeking a Medical Support professional to assist physicians across assigned facilities. You will maintain EMR records, prep charts, and ensure accurate documentation during patient visits.

You will travel to multiple long-term care sites, support scheduling, manage supplies, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills for EMR and charting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patient and physician needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and maintain EMR records during visits.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Post charges to the provider promptly.
• Coordinate patient flow and optimize schedule with branch office.
• Maintain and clean medical equipment and manage supplies.
• Travel to assigned facilities as required (up to 100%).
