Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking an on-site Merchandising Team Lead to manage a crew for resets, remodels, and new store execution nationwide. The role requires coordinating with project managers, maintaining schedules and budgets, and promoting teamwork across store operations and construction.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in retail merchandising with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%+.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in retail merchandising with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
• Ability to operate safely and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Proficient with basic office software (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners with retail partners, customers and vendors.
• Support project execution to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on updates and opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate project reporting and scheduling.
• Create a positive team environment and provide coaching when needed.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to the team.
• Maintain safety standards and report accidents immediately.
