Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is hiring a Team Lead to manage a merchandising crew on-site, executing resets, remodels and new-store execution. You will promote teamwork among the crew, store operations, and construction while ensuring standards are met nationwide.

The role requires strong communication, planogram knowledge, and the ability to travel. The position is on-site with travel up to 50%, offering a competitive hourly wage, W2 employment, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in retail with merchandising, installation and leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with plan-o-grams, floorplans, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners and its business units with retailers, customers and vendors.
• Support policies and procedures while carrying out company needs.
• Update Project Manager on project progress and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities within projects and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time, accurate project reporting and scheduling.
• Foster a positive team environment with open communication.
• Delegate tasks and coach team performance as needed.
• Motivate and recognize outstanding performance.
• Listen to feedback and resolve conflicts.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and report accidents.
