Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Team Lead to manage an on-site merchandising crew for resets, remodels, and store executions. You will ensure projects meet timelines and budget while promoting teamwork with store operations and construction.

Our Tampa HQ anchors nationwide hiring and this role involves substantial travel. The ideal candidate has at least two years in retail with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with plans, fixtures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in retail, with merchandising and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with plan-o-grams, floorplans, and blueprints.
• Know-how on fixture building and anchoring gondolas.
• May require certifications to operate machinery (e.g., forklifts).
• Must have reliable transportation and valid DL/auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners with retailers, customers, and vendors.
• Follow company policies while executing projects.
• Provide project updates to Project Manager/District Manager.
• Identify opportunities and devise action plans with management.
• Submit project reporting and scheduling on time and accurately.
• Create a positive team environment with open-door policy.
• Delegate, coach, and monitor team performance.
• Provide feedback and recognize outstanding performance.
• Address team issues and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and report incidents.
• Bring projects in under budgeted hours.
