Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is hiring a Crew Coordinator to support on-site project execution across relocation, remodels, and store setups. You will work with the Senior Crew Coordinator to ensure milestones are met, budgets are respected, and CVS standards are followed.

Travel to CVS markets is required as projects demand; strong communication with multiple teams is essential. The role offers W2 employment, weekly pay, training resources, and potential 0–40 hours per week depending on volume and

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to CVS markets as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fixture installation experience preferred (1–2 years).
• New store setup experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Merchandising experience preferred (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist with installation of fixture and store setup components per plan.
• Unload, check-in, organize and manage fixtures, equipment and merchandising aids.
• Assist with Planogram implementation and labeling, stock, and overstock processing.
• Support execution of timing and action plan to minimize lost sales.
• Lead daily meetings with Store Setup crew, Store Operations, Construction, and Temp Labor.
• Train and supervise junior staff as applicable.
• Assist final walk-through with stakeholders to close action items.
