Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Crew Coordinator to assist the Senior Crew Coordinator in on-site execution of store projects including new builds, relocations, resets and remodels. You will help manage fixtures, merchandising aids, planograms, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget while coordinating with Store Operations and Construction teams.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in fixture installs or new store set-up, willingness to travel to CVS markets, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to CVS markets.
• Solid computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fixture Installs Experience (1-2 years highly preferred).
• New Store Set Up Experience (1-2 years highly preferred).
• Merchandising Experience (1-2 years highly preferred).
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to interact with subordinates, peers and upper management.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist with the installation of all fixture and Store Set-Up related components per merchandising layout and timing and action plan.
• Unload, check-in, organize and manage all fixtures, equipment and merchandising aids needed during the project and store/remove unusable materials as needed.
• Assist the Sr. Coordinator in managing Planogram implementation and related tasks.
• Support the Sr. Coordinator with execution of the timing and action plan to minimize lost sales and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct daily meetings with the Store Set-Up crew, Store Operations and Construction to review status and staffing needs.
• Assist the Sr. Coordinator as they train and supervise support staff.
• Lead the final walk-through to address open items before project close.
