Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Crew Coordinator to support the Senior Crew Coordinator on on-site CVS projects across markets. You will help install fixtures, manage planograms, and coordinate with Store Operations, Construction, and temporary labor to keep timelines and budgets on track.

The role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Weekly pay, mileage, per diem, and training resources are provided, with W2 employment and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to CVS markets and work on-site.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Solid computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fixture installs experience preferred.
• New store setup experience preferred.
• Merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist with installation of fixtures and store setup components per layout.
• Unload, check-in, organize and manage fixtures and equipment.
• Assist with planogram implementation and labeling for projects.
• Support timing and action plans to minimize lost sales and complete projects on time.
• Lead daily meetings and coordinate with various teams during projects.
• Train and supervise junior staff as applicable.
• Lead final walk-through to close open items with managers.
