Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Crew Coordinator to assist on-site with installation, planogram execution and store-setups for CVS projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and coordination with Store Operations and Construction. The role requires travel to CVS markets, a valid driver’s license, and solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

You’ll supervise crews, manage fixtures and materials, support training, and lead final walk-throughs with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Maintain an organized project binder.
• Ability to travel to CVS markets.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Solid computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fixture installs experience (1–2 years).
• New Store Set Up experience (1–2 years).
• Merchandising experience (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist with installation of fixtures and store-set up components.
• Unload, check-in, organize and manage fixtures, equipment and merchandising aids.
• Assist with Planogram implementation and labeling.
• Support timing and action plan execution to minimize lost sales.
• Lead daily meetings with the Store Set-Up crew and support staff.
• Train and supervise junior staff where applicable.
• Lead final walk-through with leadership to address open items.
