Job summary

Layton Construction seeks an MEP Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and profitability of one or more construction projects. You will coordinate the PMP, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relations while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, negotiation, and communication to meet owner expectations and project milestones across the Tulsa, OK area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field with PM experience.
• Minimum four years of project management experience in Data Center Construction.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in preparing the project management plan (PMP).
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment within budget.
• Negotiate owner and subcontractor change orders and cost implications.
• Coordinate permits, regulatory requirements, and closeout procedures.
