Requirements include a valid state RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and at least one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg. This travel opportunity offers weekly pay and strong hospital partnerships.

Qualifications

Current and valid state RN License.
BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintained.
ACLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintained.
Previous one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg.
PALS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

Assists the Director with daily department operations, staffing, and workflow management.
Supervises, directs, and evaluates team members.
Ensures effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
Maintains efficient department operations and patient care standards.
Provides direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
Monitors patient care plans and directs necessary adjustments.
Collaborates with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
Supports a safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment.
Oversees staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift.
