Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in New Haven, CT. The Mammo Tech will operate the mammography unit, ensure accurate images, and coordinate with radiologists for interpretation.

Requirements include ARRT (M) mammography registration, BLS, state licensing as needed, and at least 1 year of experience. Shift is 8 hours, evenings, with a tax-free stipend and travel pay considerations.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• ARRT (M) with mammography registration and BLS certification.
• State-specific licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography unit and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
• Correlate imaging requests with patient information and procedures.
• Develop and forward completed studies to radiologist for interpretation.
• Maintain patient records and comply with safety standards.
• Use McKesson PACS system to manage images.
