Job summary

Responsibilities include traveling across CA, performing plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring, tile work and minor HVAC tasks, completing preventative maintenance, and responding to work orders with safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, or assisted living preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout California.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
