Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to service Magnolia Court in Manteca and Kings Crossing in Atwater, CA.

You will perform day‑to‑day maintenance and respond to work orders to keep two senior and affordable housing communities in good repair. Duties cover electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance service; you will inspect grounds and equipment, replace parts, and report needs.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry and painting.
• Valid California driver's license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation and attention to detail.
• Strong resident and vendor service skills with basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Paint, clean and service appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures.
• Repair or replace faulty parts and check locks.
• Replace bulbs and inspect grounds, building, and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.
• Report repairs to the site manager and assist with other maintenance tasks.

Position Overview

Full Time Maintenance Technician position role covering Magnolia Court and Kings Crossings.

Magnolia Court is a senior housing community comprises of 52 units, in Manteca, CA.

Kings Crossing is a support housing community comprises of 36 units, in Atwater, CA.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Paint
• Clean carpets, windows, appliances
• Service appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures
• Repair or replace old and faulty parts
• Check locks
• Replace burned‑out light bulbs.
• Conducting regular inspections of grounds, building, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances and major equipment:
• Be familiar with power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean out traps, fire extinguisher and fire hydrants. Post maps of these items.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.
• Janitorial duties.
• Report all needed repairs to the site manager.
• Assist with other types of maintenance when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician
• Conduct corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance in units and on the property
• Experience in, but not limited to, electrical, dry wall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Possession of a valid California driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
• Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized certifications, such as HVAC, are desirable.

Compensation:

• $26.00 Hourly
