Property Management in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to service a portfolio of multifamily properties across the area. You will handle unit turns, drywall and painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, appliance and HVAC maintenance, and respond to work orders, with travel between properties and a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• Strong drywall, painting, and apartment make-readies skills.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• Ability to work independently and travel between properties throughout the Los Angeles area.

Responsabilités

• Travel between multiple apartment properties across the Los Angeles area on a daily basis.
• Complete apartment make-readies, including drywall and texture repairs, painting, fixtures, doors, hardware, and minor flooring repairs.

Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of multifamily apartment properties throughout the Los Angeles area. Must Be dependable, self-motivated, experienced in residential maintenance, and able to travel between properties while maintaining quality workmanship and timely service
