Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel RN in Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment at a facility in Anamosa, IA. You’ll provide skilled nursing care, manage care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to ensure high-quality, resident-focused care.

Ideal candidates have one year of LTC RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health and respond to changes.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Document care and communicate with physicians and families.
