Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a Travel RN in West Union, IA for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with a clinical team to support residents.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in long-term care.
• Current valid RN license per state regulations.
• BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with residents and families.
• Document care and resident progress accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
