Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in West Union, Iowa, focused on long-term care. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with a clinical team.

This position offers competitive weekly pay, benefits, and access to a dedicated traveler support team to guide you through the assignment. Requirements include one year LTC RN experience, valid state RN license, and current BLS/CPR; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and respond to changes.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Educate residents and families on medications and conditions.
• Document care and patient progress in the chart.
