Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12‑week travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in Belen, NM. The role runs 3x12‑hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

The assignment begins 11/01/2026 and pays weekly between $1,382 and $1,438. Active NM LPN license and 1 year in long‑term care are required, along with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Ability to work night shift (18:00–06:30) and travel for a 12‑week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts, including assessments and monitoring.
• Administer medications and document accurately per care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and respond to changes in residents' conditions.
• Collaborate with the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards; document in the electronic health record.
• Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the RN and initiate escalation when needed.
