Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 5-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, NM. Start date 10/29/2026 with guaranteed 36 hours per week, night shifts 18:00–06:30 in a long-term care facility.

This local-only role requires an NM LPN license or eligibility, experience in geriatric or LTC settings recommended, and strong communication and documentation skills. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, wound care, and collaboration with the care team.

Formación

• Active LPN license in NM or eligibility to practice.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric populations.
• Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents' health, document vital signs, and report changes.
• Perform routine nursing procedures and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining safety and dignity.
• Document in patient records; ensure infection control and facility policies are followed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
