Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. The position covers a long-term care nursing home setting with nights (18:00–06:30) for 8 weeks starting 11/13/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $732 to $766 with guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license, have graduated from an approved PN program, and possess BLS. Travel support and credentialing assistance are provided through Healthforce.

Qualifications

• Active Practical Nurse license in the appropriate state.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses under RN supervision.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care for LTC residents.
• Perform routine nursing duties including wound care and hygiene support.
• Monitor vital signs and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and safety.
• Ensure accurate charting and infection control adherence.
