Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care travel assignment in Clovis, New Mexico. The position starts 11/09/2026 and runs for 14 weeks, with weekly pay between $859 and $867 and guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Shifts are 3x12-hour days from 06:00 to 18:30. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, wound care, activities of daily living support, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in NM required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (06:00-18:30).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document per provider orders
• Monitor residents, assess condition changes, and report to the care team
• Provide foundational nursing care, wound care, and daily hygiene support
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of vitals, treatments, and care plans
