Healthforce Healthcare LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week local assignment in Albuquerque, NM. Travel nursing role begins on 10/30/2026 with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a 3x12-hour shift schedule (06:00–18:30).

The position requires an active LPN license, BLS certification (or readily available), and 1+ year of long-term care experience. 13-week contract with local placement, weekly pay between $734 and $795.

Competenze

• Active LPN license in good standing; state-specific licensure required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
• BLS certification required or readily available.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a high-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow care plans and document thoroughly.
• Must be able to work a local Albuquerque assignment and adhere to facility policies.

Mansioni

• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice and facility policy, under supervision as required.
• Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
• Monitor vitals, assess changes in condition, and report findings to the supervising nurse.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes; manage basic nursing procedures per care plans.
• Document care activities accurately in patient records and ensure timely communication with the nursing team.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards; respond to call lights promptly; support resident dignity and quality of life.
