Healthforce Healthcare LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 14-week travel assignment in Clovis, New Mexico. Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico.
- Ability to provide care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
- Availability for 3x12-hour day shifts (06:00–18:30).
- Commitment to patient safety and accurate documentation.
Responsabilités
- Administer medications and document per provider orders.
- Monitor residents, assess condition changes, and report to the care team.
- Provide foundational nursing care, wound care, and daily hygiene support.
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of vitals, treatments, and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care for residents.
