Job summary

AvaMed Workforce is seeking a travel LPN or RN for a 13-week contract at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Clovis, NM. The assignment runs from 10/26/2026 to 01/24/2027, with days shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts, 30-minute meal).

Candidates must hold an active New Mexico LPN or RN license or a multistate compact license, have BLS, and be prepared for background checks and facility health requirements. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.
