Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervising RN; document promptly in the chart.
• Monitor patient status, perform routine vital signs, report changes to supervising nurse.
• Provide bedside nursing care, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene and comfort.
• Assist with wound care and routine nursing procedures within scope following facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and communicate care plans with the team.
• Support care coordination during rounds, respond to call lights, uphold patient safety and infection control standards.
